I would think the whiskey would make the goat a bit more palatable. Not my first choice in meats. It all looks very good by way of photo, but how did it taste?
That is an interesting menu - probably a little bit too adventurous for either of us but it would be fun to try some of these things. I've never heard of the dessert either but it sounds wonderful. I love this layout and the arrangement of the pictures - very attractive!
A Michelin Star restaurant on Skye - interesting food - I got a little adventurous with my starter (whiskey glazed goat) and the dessert was incredible.
