I think this will be the 2nd page in my Health Journey album. I decided to start this (along with a fitness planner) to keep me accountable. I don't think I have ever been this motivated before. It is important. I am going to document the little wins and the big ones, as well as the small defeats. The papers are BG Archaic (my fave collection ever), the rest of the elements are all long retired SU MDS elements.
