I cut 4" wide paint chips in half and punched small hearts. Then I backed them with white cardstock, rounded the corners, inked the edges, punched a hole at the top and knotted grosgrain ribbon. After taking thie picture, I realized I didn't like the look of the burgundy ribbon, so I replaced it with white grosgrain.
