The card I made for week 1 of Swirlydoos Ultimate Designer Challenge. The challenge was to make an embellishment using a diecut as the base and to use at least two art mediums. For my embellishment, I used a chipboard circle as my base. I covered the circle with white cardstock and I stamped on it using a rose stamp and black ink. On top of that circle is another smaller chipboard circle that I covered with white cardstock and then sprayed with purple Glimmer Mist. I also sprayed some white lace with Glimmer Mist and attached it to the base circle. I then added pearl bling and purple and grey Recollections flowers to the embellishement along with a white cardstock butterfly that I cut out on my Cricut. I covered the butterfly with Stickles glitter glue to make it sparkle.
I made the card for my mom for her birthday next month.
