This is a photo I took for the Something New in June - You challenge. With my dd off at school, every minute counts when she's at home.
Journaling reads: Amber, I believe that it is every parent’s dream to see their child take wing, to fly. Every parent hopes that the lessons taught during childhood will serve their child well as she leaves home and starts a life of her own. The ultimate goal of parenthood is to prepare their child for a happy, productive and successful life.
I too share these hopes and dreams for you. I am so proud of you and the choices you are making. Every one of your achievements brings me so much joy. I just want you to know that no matter how far in miles your life’s journey takes you, in my heart you are always home.
