My journaling reads:
In 1994 Barrow County GA celebrated their Centennial. Project
Beautiful asks Girl Scout Troop 14, if they would like to repaint
the letters on the two Welcome to Barrow County signs. The
girls ask some of their friends not in the troop to help with the project.
These are photos of the girls deciding how they were going to do
this project and painting one of the signs. Loved how the girls held
another girl on their shoulders to paint up high. The next day they
brought ladders.
