This is the outside of a Center Pop Out Shutter card. The image is one I've had a long time so don't remember where I got it (maybe Craftsuprint?). The flowered print paper is from a Spring Market 6x6 paper pad by Carta Bella. The flower and rose are likely from Michaels or Hobby Lobby.
