This lo is of my parents when they came down to Georgia for Christmas this year. I layered the pictures on christmas paper and drew the Santa hat with Inkscape and cut it out with the cricut using Sure-Cuts-Alot program. I added silver ribbon at the bottom, silver glitter glue swirl, and small 3D paint drops on the pieces of paper. TFL!!! :)
