The two rose flowers were made out of newspaper and then I glimmer misted them. I added some glitter glue to the edges to add a little sparkle. The "tutu" flower was made out of baking cups, tulle, and a button. I added some glitter glue around the edges and in the middle for some extra sparkle as well.
