My son ran this race with his girlfriend, her sister, and mother. They ate at a trendy bistro afterwards, and he got a locally micro-brewed cola. I have the bottle cap, and I'm going to flatten it and put it in place of the O in Cola. This was a fast, fun, happy page on a day when I needed some scrap therapy. Again, I went to my stash and creatively used older papers and paper scraps to make this design. I used everything but giblets of that old tie dye paper that I've had over 5 years, and it was only a single sheet. Even the ribbon was in my scrap jar. I was going for a sort of collage teenage doodly whimsical happy feel... PS. There was a scuff in the pink paint on the pink heart brad and I only had one, so I decided to overlap them, and use it anyway... All was not lost!
