This card features a medallion print cardstock from SEI Oasis collection in lime, tangerine, chocolate, and copper foil. I added a scalloped border with a tangerine strip and 3 small medallions inside. The "Friends" tag is lightly glittered. I added a double bow in chocolate and lime sheer sparkly ribbon. The envelope is decorated with 2 more medallions. This is a special card for a special friend.
