Give a Cheer
This layout has been sitting waiting to be finished for a couple of months now. I just cannot think of a suitable title, so I have cheated for the time being and used a computer font just for the sake of giving it a name. Delivery Time sounds so obvious and boring...this fellow has got a truck load of chocolate in there, surely there is a perfectly delicious title that would suit this...any suggestions would be appreciated. I am really not sure who the man is, but think it may be one of my grandmothers brothers. My Great Grandfather was a publican and the balcony of the Hotel above the truck has his name on it, so I was able to identify where the photo was taken and that it would have been in the 1930's.
I have used a mix of papers again, trying to use up old stash. I did some hand stitching which normally I would have done by machine, but I only had embroidery thread in the colour I wanted to use. It would have been much quicker if I had gone to town and bought some new thread for the machine :) Thanks so much for stopping by.
