Oohh the spines do look like worms! I think it is so cool how they seem to be intertwined.

And I like twist in the one beyong. I've been amazed at what color there is in move the spines. Found one, cousin of suguaro, that was black and yellow and white at the tips and red below. WOW got to start looking at more.
