This is what I bought myself yesterday at IKEA. I oiled it as soon as I got home and was able to cut veggies for tonight on it. I bought one of these 5 years ago and had to retire it a couple of months back, after having cut onions and garlic on it 5 or 6 days a week I just couldn't get the smell out of it. I promise to oil this one every other month so I don't have to live without one of these guys again. BTW it only costs $ 10.00
