This is my first ever winter crop of anything and I am so thrilled with it. I picked this spinach today I used it in my cannelini "meatballs" and my fresh tomato sauce for dinner, and of course I picked some baby spinach for a salad.
And a question, for practice with the DSLR I took this shot with the bowl in the snow in the sun. Any advice on how to best minimize the light entering the lens? I took this shot with the fastest shutter speed I have.
