What a lovley space. The colors are very similiar to what I would pick; love toille and fabulous accept colors!!! So will be you altering those lovely tea cups; perhaps a lovely victorian pincushion....May you enjoy many wonder hours here!

Thanks for the love on my scraproom pics! I actually have seen your pics before too & LOVE your space!! I had those exact curtains up in the scraproom in my last house. I'm still trying to figure out what to do here as far as window treatments go.... Because my hubby built my desk all the way around my room, I can't really go with long curtains so I'm looking for a damask-ish vallance. :) LOVE LOVE YOUR ROOM THOUGH!! <3

Thanks so much ladies~ I had a hard time settling on the exact blue hue. And the black came as an after thought due to the fact I couldn't find a white rug I wanted. Lucky for me, I worked it out LOL!

Thank gals! This was a long process. I have bought and returned so many items that I thought worked, but did not. The DREAM and SMILE signs came from Hobby Lobby. They were black and I spray painted them white. I am a firm believer that every girl should have 2 cans of black and 2 cans of white spray paint at all times. When you need a cohesive piece and you wish it would Flow better...there is your answer~ xoxo

I pulled this up and just said "Ohhh My Gosh" I was amazed. It is functional but so artistic and just beautiful. I love having my own studio room (scrapping and card making) but have not decorated it well. I'm still working on the best way to store things. I will ask my decorating daughter to look at your fantastic room and ask her for her help. It seems I live in this room so much - computer, T. V., music center and most of all my scrapping and card making. Thanks for the inititive to get going. You do SO much and all your layouts are great.

Thank you all for visiting my room~ I just purchased the demask clock from Target that a wonderful member pointed out to me and replaced the white magnetic board with that. Thank you! I took all the pictures that were on the magnetic board and put them on my bulletin board. I also hung 2 plates 1 on each side of the bulletin board (white with a black bird) and made a center piece for the table. I "think" it is complete...lol :) Thank you all for such fabulous ideas and help! xoxo

I did repaint the room last week. In my gallery there is a picture of the previous Aqua color. I had been thinking I wanted a softer shade of Aqua, and I adore Martha Stewart colors. I went on a mission on the internet and found a fabulous scrap room painted in Martha Stewart Vintage Map. Home depot can pull it up on the computer and make testers/gallons for you. It is not a color they sell as it was originally from Lowes, but they can get the recipe and whip some up for you. It is a nice soft shade. I have used Martha's colors for years and I love her hues. Thank you all for the gracious compliments. I have been re-doing this poor room for a year. I am hopeful it will stay close to this way from now on. :)
