How wonderful that your friend sent this to you. I too am a family researcher and appreciate that kind of history so much. Great job scrapping it. Love your snow flakes and the dainty doilies are perfect!
As a family tree researcher, this kind of thing would make me so happy if I received it showing something built by my dad ( he was a home builder ) or his dad who was a carpenter. You are so lucky! Your lo is really pretty. The cute little tree is awesome! Thanks for playing in the challenge!!!
I got this picture from my best friend with her christmas card. The little chapel was build by my husband's grandfather on their ground. It has place for a few people and it is always lighted during christmas time. This is my layout for the baker's dozen challenge, where we had to use: stars, doily, buttons, a tree, cardboard, gold embellie, red, glitter, paint, washi, brads, quotation marks and paper weaving.
The quote says: "The secret of Christmas" is that while we search for the big and the extraordinary we find the small and unimpressive.
