Awesome page. I didn't start scrapping until after my kidney transplant. This page reminds me of what I went through and how fortunate I am to be here today. Although I will never forget that time in my life, this is a true reminder of how we survive to get where we are today. Thanks to your sister for being your true hero. Best wishes with your new kidney. I've had mine for almost 17 years now and still hanging in there.

I only have the kidney my sister gave me. I am on many meds forever. I have anti-rejection drugs, things like that. No more dialysis:)

WAY TO GO sister!!!!! My nephew gave a kidney to his adopted son, who was ohnly 13 years old at the time. But my nephew was his REAL dad, even if he wasn't the biological dad. Wishing you the best and glad you scrapped this!!! And thanks to your sister! (yikes - all that machinery is scarry!!)

now that doesn't look too fun but you scrapped it well. I am not sure why but that font for the title works amazingly with the topic. Like the yellow touches on the blue & white.
