The Spellbinders Dies are perfect for creating a party banner for any occasion! Jodi cut out the largest lacey pennant out of Kraft Cardstock, and adhered the largest Nested Pennant on top. Then she cut out the next size down out of the lacey pennants and popped them up with Best Creation Foam tape. Jodi added some border sticker elements and popped up the nested heart. She added her daughter's name to the banner for her first birthday!
