This is for Day 1 of the 10 days of Sketch Challenge

It is a tribute to my DH of 26 yrs (nearly 27). I've had this picture nearly a year, and this sketch inspired me.

This was fun, because I used my ink pad to darken the maroon ribbon and color the chipboard around the title. My first attempt at using ink this way. I am finally catching up to modern times! I used velum for the journaling-I like the way the gray paper changed the color. Love using velum! The heart at the bottom is chip board covered with the pp and inked around the edges.

The picture is a bit tilted, but I have guests sleeping in the room with the best light. Oh, well.
