Week 4 Nov. Monthly Sketch Challenge - with twist Chipboard title letters altered with paint dabber.

This is a photo of DH maternal grandparents, circa late '40's or early '50's. The photo was damaged and DH wanted to toss it (we have other copies) but I saved it! I've not done a LO like this before, but love how it turned out. TFL!!
