Isn't this the perfect tribute to our lovely climate! FAB photo!! It's amazing we could ever walk when bundled in our snowsuits...and even more amazing we could stand up again after falling down! ha ha! Love how you created a distressed "window frame" to showcase this sweet pic! And unique twist on the winter theme with the butterflies and snowflakes!
love that pic and all the pink! great distressing too Funny, with each passing year, I grow less and less tolerant of winter...I'm very much a spring & summer girl!
I have to smile, you have such a way with words! Your page is so feminine and beautiful! Love the distress work and the spray of butterflies!!....it somehow works, even on a winter page! .....hmmm, we never got the promised snow storm in Cambridge, I think we got maybe 3 inches?...I'm a Canadian baby too, but I tend to hunker down in front of the fire more that I spend out in the snow ...lol! ;)
Very cute photo!! I love the contrast of the winter photo with the butterfly paper! It gives me hope that this long, long winter will be over soon! That's a great punch!
Ahh! Remember those snow suits. . . it was hard to move in them! Very nice memory. You're right, as I get older I don't mind the winter as much because life goes so fast!
You were the most adorable little Canadian baby....you look like a little snowbaby, all pinked up and cuddled up...beautiful photo Jess and a stunning lo!!
What an awesome photo of you! I love how you are all bundled up in your pink snow suit! You scrapped that photo beautifully! I love all of the pinks you used, and the pretty butterflies! (p.s. I am tired of being cold and can't wait for spring!!!)
I've been on a bit of an uploading spree this afternoon, but it'll soon be time to start dinner, so this will probably be the last page I add to my gallery today – and what a fitting it one it!
At the moment snow is tumbling down outside my window a mile a minute (we're slatted for a severe snowstorm this week here in Ontario) and was I to go out, I'd have to wrap myself up almost as thoroughly as I was back when this photo was snapped of tiny little infant me.
Honestly, while I don't relish being cold to the bone, I really don't mind winter – and it seems that with each passing year it grows on me even more. Must be, as the title of this page hints at, the fact that I'm a Canadian baby! :)
~ Heartfelt thanks for checking out my page. Any questions about this LO, please don't hesitate to ask. Wishing you a blissfully creative day! ~
