Husband, DD, & DD's friend in the tree in my front yard (last year?). I really liked the composition of the photo. The light shined in behind them but I could still see the smiling faces. I knew I wanted to use a tree cut file and eventually I realized I wanted to use this picture for the June 2020 Scraplift the Person Before You Challenge I signed up for. She used lots of layers of green and banners. For fear of making the tree flat I layerd 3 green papers for every leaf the curled them so you could see them. The effect was not worth the time it too to complete, but se la vie. I wanted to try it.
DD wrote the cursive for the Shel Silverstine poem at the bottom. I love her hand writing right now and was excited to save it. TFL
