Give a Cheer
Last December I made two calendars for two very wonderful scrappers whom I met thru scrapjazz and this site. These gals are true angels to me and am deeply touched by their acts of kindness and friendship. Wish I could visit with them, but because there is such a distance, I decided to bring a little bit of the Midwest to them. This is the calendar I made for Lauri D.
This paper looks simply done, but there were several different techniques used on this page: chalking, misting, stamping. I'm very pleased with the end-result. The photo is of a turkey resting onto of our split-rail fence. We have several wild flocks that wander around our property. They seem to enjoy the crabapples-its a good winter treat for them.
