Hello Everyone!
Here is a LO I finally finished last November (I'm slow at uploading). I began working on this last April. Then my husband and I began remodeling our house in May and I wasn't able to "play" again until my vacation over last Thanksgiving. But here is the end result. The photos are of my mother and I shortly after I came home for the first time. The original pictures were colored slides, so I converted them into photos. These 2 look better in B&W and I was able to use more color without having to worry about matching with the photos. The scroll at the top is representing a tree with a cradle tied to its branches (symbolizing "Rock-A-Bye Baby"). The plastic strip on the left edge is actually my mother's wrist band she wore while she was in the hospital when I was born. Can't believe she saved that -- so very glad she did. The corner stamp work is done with foam stamps as well as the leaves around the floral arrangement. Flowers are all from M's The butterflies are from "LisaGregory"s blog spot. She has some very pretty images.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Love hearing from you!
Have a terrific weekend!
