Hello everyone! Hope you all enjoy a wonderful and SAFE Memorial Weekend!

This is my layout for the May Heritage Challenge. The twist to this month was the photo had to be of a mother, grandmother or godmother. I think my photo meets this criteria...its of my DH's Mother-Phyllis (a/k/a Lollipop) on the left, then next to her is her Mother, DH's grandmother-Marie, then next to her is her Mother, DH's Great-grandmother-Mary. Mary is holding DH's oldest sibling William Carl (a/k/a Bill). I absolutely adore generation photos. They are one of my favorites. Four generations in this picture. This photo was taken in the spring of 1949 shortly after Bill was born. This is taken in the front yard of Marie's house in Eau Claire, WI. The house is still there today, renovated somewhat with new owners. DH's grandparents built the house and raised their children there for a short time. I'll be doing a LO of that house in the future.

This LO was fun to create. I used lots of different things to highlight the picture. I want to give a shout out to my wonderful friend, Obadiah, for sending me the adorable Prima Pixie Pack paper that used as the background for the photo. I love it!! Very cute paper, lots of soft colors and lovely designs.
