I make my cards to match whatever envelopes I have; 5 x 7, 4 x 5, 5 x 6.50, the # 10 envelope and tiny gift cards are well as some much larger envelopes. I love the card here with the little flower and stamped leaves. It's a great thank you card!
Between being frustrated with either my computer and/or the lagginess of the site today, I also forgot to mention that I stamped faint leaf images as well on this card. OH, and my brain sure is NOT working well at all today.
I needed to make a thank you card for my high school friend and wanted to send it to her while she was still home from Japan visiting her family in my county so the postage would be cheaper. I had been wanting to make a card that would fit in a No. 10 envelope for quite some time. Needing to make a card for her spurred me on to try making this style card. Ironically, as I shifted from making just photo cards to just paper cards, the first one I made and sent out was also to her. Guess she is my guinea pig...LOL. I used this gorgeous paper from a 12 x 12 paper pad that my DDIL gave to me. Enhanced it with the stamped Thank You and the cute little flower that is from K&Company. As always, I thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to look at my work and to leave me such kind, encouraging comments. Be Blessed.
