I'm working on my Mom's birthday gift now even though it's not until January! I know... I'm crazy... but for some reason I really want to get it done like now... so here's the cover! I have an unlimited supply of beermats (coasters) available to me and useing them I'm making her a mini album of my little brother Bailey who is 11. each page will be one year of his life so I'm making 11 pages with photos, then I'm making an additional two or three pages that she will just have to glue photos on herself.
My DH will be connecting these pages for me in a line that can then fold up into a nice neat pile. that way she can have it out and open standing on her mantel or closed up for easy transport. the back of every page is black with the age he was in the photo.
