Thanks every one. Unfortunately, living here in South Fkorida and Southern Mississippi for several years before that, we've been through several big storms. Wilma was the only cat 5 to hit us straight on when I was in the area. At the time we were told Wilma eas a cat 3 but I see now it's been upgraded to cat 5. Hurricane Elena in 1984 was a really bad storm, too, that did a lot of damage to our house in Biloxi, Mississippi. We were close to Andrew in 92 but not not near the eye so it wasn't as bad here as it was in Miami.
oo, so sorry you had to go thru that! I can't imange the stress that goes with all that! But, the good thing is, you new Cricut will do amazing things, like this title! Great job!
This is my house right after Hurricane Wilma tried to eat it. We had to get a new roof, new siding, totally new paint job, new front door, new garage door, some inside walls replaced, a new garage door, and all new trees save one. South Florida was a mess for a year after. It hurt our family a lot. Our house will never be the same.
This is the first project I've used my cricut on (see the title). I fussy cut the daisies on the right. I tore the top page and inked the edges. I spritzed the page with tea dye and frost smooch. I strung two charms (a key and lock) on a pretty fiber. Then I finished it off by journaling about the storm's damage. I pray we don't have another big storm this year. Thanks for looking.
