This LO is for the SEPTEMBER - ROUND ROBIN CHALLENGE - TEAM 1 - WEEK 3. Plus a few other challenges.
This is a tribute to my wee cousin who suffered with a brain tumour on his pituitary gland at about age 10. This was him after his surgery.
Journaling reads - This is the start of Vincent's medical journey that would ultimately see him leave us due to another surgery (one of many he had) that was not successful.
The words in the heart are part of the lyrics from the Susan Boyle song 'WHO I WAS BORN TO BE', and it reads - AND THOUGH I MAY NOT KNOW THE ANSWERS, I CAN FINALLY SAY I'M FREE. AND IF THE QUESTIONS LED ME HERE THEN I AM WHO I WAS BORN TO BE.
