I adore snowflakes, and anytime I can create with them is a good day. The face card was misted with water and scrunched and set aside to dry to create a worn tattered look, then the card was placed face down on some water puddles and puddles of blue colored mist and allowed to dry. It was finished off with some stamping, stencil and molding paste.
