Give a Cheer
This is the first layout I did after a 7 month sabbatical from scrapbooking. This is my brother and I 7 years ago. He and his family had flown from Florida for my wedding. I had missed him so much. It was also a layout welcoming myself back to something I love doing so much. (Scraping!!) I got this LO idea from one of my favorite artist Gabrielle. I wanted to see if I could mimic one of her layouts while adding a taste of my own. I also tried doing a tutorial from Craftysprinkles on how to give chipboard a weathered wood look. It didnt come out like hers, but i was pleased with the outcome. This was also my first time working with Fimo clay. I made the tiles you see in the upper left hand corner. Im in love with clay. The possibilites are endless. TFL
