Okay folks...sharing my first layout for March. This actually came together much easier than I expected but also, much different than my original plan, which is usually the way it happens with me! I was looking through my stash of papers to find what I wanted to use for this picture. I ran across the paper pack from Tim Holtz called Wallflower and really liked the design on it but I wanted some pink in it. The dominant pink paper is from Kaisercraft 365 Days Collection - Arrange. On the TH paper I just took his Spun Sugar Distress Ink Pad and rubbed it directly onto the paper in spots to give it more of a pink hue.

This is also one layout that I did not use as many embellishments as I normally do because I didn't want to cover up so much of the pretty papers and also to focus more on my baby picture...me at about 5 or 6 months old! The glitter glass, pretty laces, appliques and tiny intricate doilies were all from Gone Artsy, which is no longer in business! :-( The pearl and rhinestone flowers are from Pam Wright's boutique on Facebook. I diecut the butterflies some time last year, inked their edges for this layout and added the Vintage Rose glitter glass to their bodies, then added Liquid Pearls under them. The prills were from sweet Marylou. She remembered me saying I wanted to invest in some of those and so she sent me some with my first pocket letter from her! Thank you Marylou! The pink handmade flower trim and lace were from Hobby Lobby. I decided to use that same pleated trim under my picture. The title is from Gabrielle Pollacco's Bo Bunny stickers I've had in my stash a couple of years also. The corners are Spellbinders Victorian Corners (not listed here).

Thank you so much for stopping by!!
