This card was made out of scraps. A few of you may remember the glitter plaid paper I used on Heidi's birthday card. It's a double-sided paper. I used the backside of it top and bottom on this. The stamp came from Amazon. After I colored it in I fussy cut it out and raised it up using foam circles for dimension. The frame is Artisan Elements Squares that I've had for a long time. Die cut is Spellbinders Victorian Tags. Stamped sentiment is Impression Obsession Christmas Sentiments.
