50th Birthday Card

This is a card I made for the oldest of my nephews (and nieces). I just remembered he will be 50, as he is 10 years younger than me! When he was little he couldn't pronounce my name and came up with Aunt Dubidub! :-D That name pretty much stuck with me and all my nieces and nephews except for the ones in Texas which always called me Aunt Liz.

I got that pretty paper from Hobby Lobby called Haberdashery. It is a stack that is all printed on tan kraft paper. This particular piece was my favorite. I patterned this card a little after one our friend, Marylou, made awhile back. I ran it through a Darice Wire Fence embossing folder although you can't see it too well in the picture. I added some black shard glitter glass from Reneabouquets to the 50.

The birthday stamp is Hot Off The Press and I used Versafine Onyx Black ink pad from Marylou. Thank you sweet friend!

They keys were from HL and Joann's.
