I made this card for a dear church friend who sadly, just lost his wife to brain cancer. I have pretty much known both of them my whole life and am really going to miss her.

I lifted the design from a card I saw on Pinterest and am happy with how it turned out. Since it is nowhere near a flat card, postage was expensive but I'm hoping it will give him and his family some comfort.

Papers used: Old G45 French Country Collection, Paper Studio Parchment and solid colored cardstock, and an old K & Company double-sided paper for the card base. Flowers are Reneabouquets and Wild Orchid Crafts. Stamp is HOTP Greetings.

After putting it all together I sprayed it with Tim Holtz Antique Bronze Distress Mica Spray to give it shimmer.
