My Adam (2) and Victor (8) 1981 playing on the newer version of a tire swing. This was a house that we bought from my in-laws who bought the house 1965 and it was a new build. They were moving back to Oregon and we wanted to get away from the heat in Livemore and were the right fix because hubby's oldest sister lives in Tennessee and younger sister lived in Hawaii at the time.
We lived in this house until Victor was in Jr. High and moved to a different zip code in Fremont. The house sold in 2 1/2 days after we listed it, the buyers still live there and love the house. I have a close friends that lives across the street of from that house, so she keeps me up to date on what's going on. She calls them perfect neighbor because they have remodeled again and again. They are great neighbors, too.
