Journaling says: "Daniel came home from school every day and told me about every tooth that his friend Joshua lost. He was so disappointed that his teeth wouldn't fall out of his head. Finally, we noticed that his permanent teeth were starting to come in behind his baby teeth. We took him to the dentist and she told us that she would have to pull the baby teeth so that the permanent teeth would come in properly. Even though Daniel finally lost his teeth - he wasn't sure the tooth fairy would accept them since they didn't fall out on their own. To our delight - she did!!!"
