Daniel was tired and burned out. The carnival parade in St. John USVI wouldn't end so he went and sat next to a building and fell asleep. Used wooden flowers, burlap/wooden flowers, paper that looks like wood, wooden gears and other embellishments like Papersouce navy gemstones, metal trinkets and Scrapaholics brick pieces.
First of all those pictures are just TOO cute...what a precious memory you preserved! And, second, holy cow---what an amazing layout--If I had time I'd go through your entire gallery---you really do beautiful work!
