My baby was born 7 days, 10 hours and 28 minutes to late to be a tax write off in 2004. The hidden Journaling on the back of the postcard in the envelope on this layout says “I had hoped that my baby would have been born in 2003. What a great tax deduction! However, whether or not you can claim a newborn baby on your tax return depends on the babies date and time of birth. If the baby is born at 11:59 PM on December 31, you can claim it as a dependent for the calendar year. But, if the baby arrives a minute later, you’ll have to wait until next year to claim the infant on your tax return. I was ready to have a baby but the baby wasn’t ready to be born and the Internal Revenue Service wasn’t ready to let me write him off.” Products Used On This Project (8)
