I made this tag for Elizabeth/EAPipkin for Bonprof/Donna Valentine's Day Swap.

I used a large Prima chipboard tag and painted it burgundy red. Layered shimmer white and gold foil papers and then the gold foil heart paper. Added a Creative Embellishment chippie frame also painted burgundy red and an Anna Griffith ephemera card. Wild Orchid Flowers, gold arrow and gold corners pieces.
