2" squares embossed w/Red embossing powder using the CTMH Brilliant Backgrounds stamp. Next I cut stars using CTMH Cricut Art Philosophy Cartridge at 1.25" & embossed using CTMH Wishing Star & Star Spangled Blue embossing powder. I used foam tape to pop the star up & topped it off with a Sparkle in the center. TFL
