made this card for a friend who is a girly girl- hope I added enough pink & bling for her
Everything is stamped- the balloon was stamped w/versa mark and embossed w/silver pearl embossing powder then colored in with ShinHan markers. I cut the banner that says Happy Birthday using Artiste.
