This is my grandfather, my mother's dad. This is my fave picture of him. The two bottles are what is probably left in the entire family of an old potion that he told he got from an indian. Thus, there is the likeness of a native American on the lables. I remember him making it. The base is White Benzene which is turpentine or we used to call it coal oil (remember that). The label claims that it's good for just about everything, and I can promise if you put in on a bug bite it will be gone in no time. Watch out getting it on a cut...it burns but whatever the spices were he soaked in the benzene, it works. I think my cousin still has the receipe. It would be a great product to get rich on if it wasn't discovered that benzene is hazardous to your health! LOL Really, it has a very strong odor that makes it smell like someone spilled gasoline in the house.
