The lady in this photo is my dad's 1st cousin. Her husband fought in Europe during WWII. He has an interesting story because after the war ended he was in a unit called the "Honor Guard" that guarded Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower. I love this photo even more because the little girl in it has become like a sister to me. We both love genealogy!
