Journaling reads: "A week before Labor Day, Mommy caught a bad stomach bug and ended up spending four days in the hospital. Grammy and Papa came out to visit and make sure everything was OK. They stayed through Labor Day weekend and we all spent a beautiful afternoon at Jaull and Mahshid's annual barbeque, relaxing in their back yard."
We had a few photos of me with the baby and my parents, but the one where my mom, the baby and I were all smiling, my dad was looking down at his hands! So I Photoshopped two pictures together to get one where we're all looking good. This was my first serious photo edit and I was really happy with the results!
