I have not been on this site for over a month due to being diagnosed on January 3rd with COVID! I caught it from John, my hubby because he is a nursing home administrator and both places he’s in charge of the poor residents were full of COVID. So he brought it home. John did not feel good for a few days. He was tired and achy. He said he felt tired and weak for a few days but thank the Lord that was the worst he had it! Angela ended up with it as well. She had a headache , cough, fatigue, and lost her taste and smell. She felt that way for 5 days. Unfortunately,her taste and smell still are missing in action!
I felt horrible! My symptoms included not being able to keep anything down, headache, fever for 8 days, tired, achy, dizziness and I ended up dehydrated in the hospital for about 5 hours getting IV fluids. My doctor sent me. I truly never thought I would feel better! I missed feeling like myself. Hubby feels good and because he works in a nursing home has received the vaccine already. Angie , my sweetheart is still struggling with taste and smell ~or lack of! I am blessed and grateful that worse did not occur. So many people lost their lives because of this virus! I still feel foggy and was recently told by my doctor that I had COVID pneumonia. I thank God I am on the mend and pray for those that are battling with it!
I am happy to be back on Scrapbook.com and have to get back to crafting!!!!
