Playing with this one. I photo shopped this til I was crazy! Used Gimp.com. This is best I could get it using blackout to cover up wandering background people and then smudging and airbrushing the edges of that black out. Then used an overlay of "canvas" to help disguise one of the faces blurred. Maybe work on later.
