Did you ever have one of those days when you have so much to do and have to squeeze it all within a unrealistic time frame??
I have and I don't find multi-tasking really doing any justice to help you accomplish an unrealistic "list" of must do's before I go to work, or the kids come home, and even before we go to bed. I guess what this all means is we need to slow down, do one thing in the moment and be a lot more mindful of what you are doing and you will feel a better sense that you actually accomplished something without overwhelming stress.
