Across the Androscoggin River that connects the East and West side of the city is this walking bridge that use to be one lane roadway.
Each fall this is one of the favorite attractions during the River Fire festival. The community carve many different faces and they line them up along the side of the bridge rail and light them all. We have hundreds of pumpkins on the bridge and all around the area. This is quite a sight to see and participate in.
The bridge is safety approved as the restored landmark is lined with a metal fencing to prevent accidents with people as it also connects to the elementary school for many students.
I used purple background paper, several photos in the activity, colored scrap framing, the web is from a plastic web sheet, with a purple glitter spider brad in it. The letters are cut on my big shot.
